Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchange can be made within 7 days after purchased date from our boutique or within 7 days after you have received your item(s) for online purchase.
Term & conditions:
- Only normal-priced item(s) are eligible for exchange
- Sale item(s) are NOT eligible for exchange
- Item(s) must be in their original condition – unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tag attached and in the original packaging. Items will be inspected once received
- Damaged/wrong/faulty items can be exchanged within 7 days. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to customers.

Can I receive a refund?
- Strictly NO REFUND, but customers are able to exchange normal-priced item(s)
- Refund is only eligible if the purchased item is out of stock
- No refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only
- No refund on change of mind (not liking the item). But, we are willing to help on you on exchange

Make sure you bring along receipt of purchase and item with original packaging with tag still attached within 7 days
